We want every client to feel valued by us. That’s tricky if it would be a struggle for you to come in to our office to meet us! So we offer you the opportunity to meet with us at the time and place which suits you best.
Perhaps you or your loved one is in a care home, housebound or has been hospitalised.
It’s still really important to be able to chat with us face to face, to explain your needs, discuss the range of options, and give us instructions.
We totally understand this.
We offer a home visit service to those who need it.
The home visit service is for a standard, non-emergency appointment which could otherwise take place at our office.

There is no charge for this service.
We offer a priorty service in emergencies.
In urgent circumstances, we will arrange to come to your current location without delay.
After taking instructions, we will prioritise your paperwork and return it to you as soon as possible for signature.

Our priority service costs £100 and will be invoiced within 14 days of the service being booked.
Case Study
A lady phoned our sister office, Bicester Wills, on behalf of her Mother. She asked if we could amend her Mother’s Will. The current Will is with a solicitors’ firm in Oxford. The caller’s Mother is unable to get there easily as she suffers from arthritis.
I explained that it is not possible for us to amend Wills prepared by other providers, we would have to draft a new one. Therefore, it may be more cost effective to do it using the current solicitors’ firm.
The lady told me that the firm in question would charge £200.00 for a home visit, with the fees for amending the Will added on top of that.
I informed her that for £199.00 we would prepare an entirely new Will, and we don’t charge for standard home visit appointments.
We were instructed by the lady’s Mother to draw up a new Will.
